Spring Valley’s Dam Days are held annually the 3rd weekend in September. Join us for family fun - tournaments, contests, kids events, live music, great foods, and a Grand Parade.

4pm Medallion Hunt Begins Solve the clues — Find the medallion — Collect the treasure. Prize is a $100 Spring Valley gift certificate good at a number of local businesses. The lucky person should bring the medallion to the Lions Club stand with their name and address. Winner must have a Dam Days button. Prize awarded following the Miss Spring Valley coronation on Sunday at the parade reviewing stand First clue posted at Arneson Insurance On Saturday clues will be posted at 9:00am, noon, 3:00pm and 6:00pm and on Sunday 9:00am and noon.

7am sign up, 8am start 3rd Annual Cancer Fundraiser Walk/Run 2.5k or 5k walks starting from the Congregational Church on S Third St in Spring Valley. Suggested donation $25.00/person, $15.00/child 12 or younger, or $50.00/family. Preregistration is required to guarantee a t-shirt. Registration forms are available at the Spring Valley Telephone Co or Bank of Baldwin-Spring Valley branch. They can also be found on our Facebook page. Like us there.
